Alyona is a Master philosophy graduate from the Moscow State University, and specialized in yoga philosophy.

She has been teaching yoga for more than 12 years.

Alyona is taught and has been certified by the gurus and founders of the Jivamukti Yoga method Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York city.

She is certified in four levels of Universal Yoga, and has been

assisting Andrey Lappa, one of the most qualified and influential masters and professional teachers of yoga worldwide.

She has followed more then 1200 hours of practise at the Yoga Allienace, the largest nonprofit association representing the yoga community.

Alyona has also followed Apnea Yoga practises with free diving master Alexander Dudov, his method combined yoga with free-diving breathing techniques .

Finished basic levels of Tomas Mayers Anatomy Trains and special course Anatomy Trains in Motion by Karen Grunter (Swiss)

Attends training programs with Ido Portal, (Israel) and studies Functional Movement by  Ryan Mintz .

Alyona developed program for yoga teachers training Teacherz which took a place in Moscow and Ukraine.

Besides following several courses on psycho-somatic body works and hypnosis methods, she’s a known writer in several articles for Russian Yoga Journal and a familiar face at International Yoga Conferences.uential masters and professional teachers of yoga worldwide.
