I ve been into yoga for the last 14 years of my life. It was not until I dettached from my previous projects in 2007 that I had the opportunity to come to India to get my first certification in the subject. Although I had been practicing Vinyasa my whole life, I decided to get into the anatomical process of yoga with an Iyengar approach in the Rishikesh Yoga Peeth for some weeks. After this preparation I came back to Mexico to take another 8 month Hatha yoga certificaction to start teaching in some of the most notorious yoga shalas of the city: Anjali Yoga and Inspira Yoga.

Always looking forward to teaching to a new crowd like the one in Sri Lanka.

Well, I started practice yoga many years ago. I have many amazing very talented people who have been teaching me. They give me lot of methods and show me yoga system from different sides. I have certificated in Jivamukti yoga which I learned in NY. I am certified in an interesting method of Apnea yoga, it’s combining yoga with pranayama and free diving Technics. Even I learned Thai body works in LA with Michel Barcks. But the main teacher for me is Andrey Lappa. He is really led me on my path and inspired me to achieve new heights. I am a certified level 4 yoga of Universal Yoga School.

I was kissed by yoga first time about 7 years ago, that time I was in crossroads of life, searching for a change. Some time later I started to travel and yoga became my life journey full of adventures. I visited many different countries, met wise and great teachers and never thought about teaching yoga myself that time.
But it changed, because what I found in yoga needed to be shared, not just kept inside. So I went to India and studied more deeper especially Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and started to dream about my own yoga studio. And I love to make the dreams come true, so if you visit Czech Republic, Yogaholick yoga studio has open door for everyone.
The essence of yoga needs to be touched by every single soul, no one can teach you what to feel, but everyone has to have live experience. This is what I’m sharing in my classes, through asanas we can discover a lot. With my students I focus a lot on healthy physical body setting and love to combine asanas flow with different pranayama techniques and meditation moments.
